Exterior Detailing Process
Wheels -- Start with a pre-soak with pressure washer, then apply wheel cleaner and scrub thoroughly.
Bug-and-Grime remover -- Removes bug splatters and road grime stains.
Snow Foam -- Cover entire vehicle in snow foam to break down dirt and remove loose particles, then rinse with pressure washer.
Contact Wash -- Thoroughly wash vehicle by hand using the two-bucket-method with car shampoo.
Decontamination -- First use iron dissolver to remove industrial fallout, brake dust, and rail dust which corrodes the surface of your paint. Next, we will apply Tar and Glue remover to remove all sticky residue such as sap, tar, and glue. Finally, using a detailing clay bar we will remove any left-over contamination to provide a smooth surface in preparation for the following steps.
Glaze -- Apply glaze to fill in any micro scratches and small cavities that make your car look dull, therefore making your car shine brighter than ever.
Wax/Seal -- Apply high-quality wax/sealant to add a glistening shine to your vehicle and long-lasting paint protection from contaminants, minor scratches, swirls, and oxidation.
Trim -- Clean trim with a designated trim cleaner and follow up with trim shine to make it look brand new.
Tire Dressings -- Apply a tire dressing to increase shine and prevent the rubber from cracking, fading, and hardening.
Glass -- Clean windows and mirrors with glass cleaner and microfiber cloth.
Quick Finisher -- Apply a quick detailer to take the wax/sealant to the next level, restore a deep wet shine, and bring a smooth finish to the paint.
Engine Bay Detailing
Cover Sensitive Areas -- Protect any sensitive parts including exposed electrical equipment, are intake, engine control unit, and any exposed belts or fans.
Degrease -- Mist a degrease solution to dissolve sticky grease and oil stains.
Rinse -- Lightly rinse with pressure washer.
Foam -- Spray foam cleaner over the engine bay and scrub all necessary areas, including hard to reach spots.
Shine -- Apply engine bay shine to make your engine look brand new.
Polishing Process
Tape -- Apply detailing tape to trim, badges, emblems, rubber seals, door handles, plastic molding, and edges of taillights/headlights.
1-Step Polish -- Use random orbital polisher and polish to sort out any issues in the paint such as removing scratches, getting rid of swirl marks and oxidation, and brighten up dull or faded paintwork. Polishing your vehicle will leave your paint much more shiny, bright, and greatly reduce any damage or imperfections.
2-Step Polish -- If you chose to get the 2-step paint correction, we will do a second round of polishing to further buff your paint. Therefore, removing any left-over imperfections and leaving your car even more shiny. This is highly recommended for all vehicles.
